APPREHENSION OF SWINDLING SUSPECT	APPREHENSION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS

Mr. Arnel dela Cruz was cornered after impersonating a police officer. Suspect is responsible for numerous swindling activities victimizing PUJ drivers. Recovered from his possession were a PNP badge, a lighter replica of a 9mm pistol, assorted sim-packs, cash money amounting to P350.00 and a Nokia model 3310 last October 08, 2009.	The arrest of Reynato Caramat and Salic del Socoro caught in the act of having pot session. Recovered from their possession and control were suspected shabu substance and several shabu paraphernalia’s last October 9, 2009.

APPREHENSION OF ROBBERY SUSPECTS AND RECOVERY OF STOLEN ITEMS

Joint elements of DCPO and DIPO Eastern Mindanao successfully apprehended Ariel Barrera and three (3) other suspects after a hot pursuit operation which lead to the recovery of stolen M-16 rifle with serial no. 174188, seventy six (76) rounds of ammunitions and one (1) magazine last October 13, 2009.

APPREHENSION OF ESTAFA / SWINDLING SUSPECTS

October 16, 2009. Apprehension of three (3) suspects Randy Dominguez, Fernando Saldaña and Quirino Saldaña Jr. Suspects were responsible for numerous swindling activities using text scam as part of their Modus Operandi. Confiscated from their possession and control were four (4) units of cellular phones, pawn paper, drivers license and assorted documents.

RECOVERY OF STOLEN ITEMS

October 8 , 2009, One Jeffrey Allosada Gerago @ “JEPOY”, 34 years old, jobless a resident of Abayon Village, Calinan, Davao City was arrested for having in his possession of the following stolen items: one unit (1) laptop Compaq Presario CQ40.

Series of follow up operation conducted by this office resulted in the recovery of following laptops computers that were voluntarily surrendered by persons who had bought said items from the subject arrested persons to wit: One (1) unit Home Premium(HP) Laptop computer voluntarily surrendered by Nestor Bahaya who obtain in the amount of P23,000.00 and one (1) unit Gateway Model ml13109 voluntarily surrendered by Cherry Ann Laganzo who obtain the unit in the amount of P10,500.00.

			APPREHENSION OF THEFT SUSPECTS AND RECOVERY OF STOLEN ITEMS October 30, 2009. The arrest of two (2) suspects: Dennis Piamonte and Myrna dela Peña which led to the recovery of forty-two (42) cartoons of Nescafe Classic amounting P44,000.00.
APPREHENSION OF ROBBERY SUSPECTS AND RECOVERY OF STOLEN ITEMS

October 27, 2009. DCPO successfully arrested Jimmy Lopez and Arnel Lopez after conducting checkpoint operations which led to the recovery of two (2) stolen motorcycles. Suspects were responsible for robbery and car-napping incidents in Lupon, DavaoOriental.
